Order Processing
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.
Please note that during high-volume periods such as holidays, promotional sales, or inclement weather conditions, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.
Shipping Responsibility
The buyer is solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order. This includes, but is not limited to, standard shipping, expedited shipping, and any additional carrier fees or surcharges. Shipping charges will be clearly displayed during the checkout process prior to payment.
In the event of a return or exchange (if applicable), the buyer will also be responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was incorrect or defective due to an error on our part.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with a variety of trusted shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to ensure reliable delivery. The specific carrier used will depend on your location, the size and weight of your package, and the selected shipping method at checkout.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, including but not limited to weather disruptions, operational delays, or misrouted packages.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team prior to placing your order to discuss possible accommodations.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect address information provided by the buyer.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance. We will do our best to help resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for carrier misdelivery or theft after confirmed delivery.
